Cake City won The Best Cake Design Title at the 2015 Samantha’s Wedding fair Cake Challenge held on 27th Feb 2015.
To enter the competition, cake makers were required to submit a dummy wedding cake and a piece of real cake for tasting, together with a description of their cake and details on what motivated their design. All cakes were submitted to a blind judging. The panel of judges featured Beatrice from Sweet Inspirations, international chef Solomon Obano from S&J Caterers, Doreen Mbaya, marketing director at KTN and Anne Nduku from Samantha’s Bridal.
